Director Attendance Policy

Recognizing that director attendance at the Corporation’s annual meetings of stockholders can provide stockholders with an opportunity to communicate with members of the Board of Directors, it shall be the policy of the Board of Directors of Technical Communications Corporation to strongly encourage, but not require, the members of the Board to attend such meetings.
